160 Biological Sciences Courses
Biology degrees come in all shapes and sizes, just like the living things they study. Potentially encompassing all of the life sciences, biology programs generally give students a solid foundation on what life is, and how it works on the molecular, cellular and macroscopic (things you can see and touch) levels.
Biology degrees allow graduates to work with animals, become doctors, develop new medicines and treatments for illnesses, and to do a thousand other things which require a thorough and detailed understanding of how life and life processes operate on a scientific level. Most allow both academic and industrial career pathways.
